Mrs. Williams earned her Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University. Mrs. Williams responsibilities include strategic business planning, strategic finance, joint venture operations and establishment, corporate strategy development and financing, organizational design, recruiting, operations, HR management, industrial security, contract management and market strategy and research.
