The Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 grants agencies direct access to experts in commercial IT hardware, software, and services for the government IT Community.
IT Schedule 70 allows for choice, flexibility, ease of use, and access to the highest quality of IT products, services, and solutions. Ordering from GSA IT Schedule 70 is easy. Just follow these steps:

  • Identify and quantify your requirements
  • Review your requirements with your Onyx Consulting Services, LLC, contact
  • Establish a mutually agreed upon Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Establish funding
  • Send your order with the agreed-upon SOW using your agency’s approved GSA purchase order

  •         Systems Tests and Evaluation

MARFORCYBER Training SPAWAR MARFORCYBER TRAINING

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific awarded Onyx Consulting Services, LLC, a $24 million indefinite-delivery / indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide commercially available technical courses necessary to address operational requirements at national-level organizations that support cybersecurity missions. The training program will cover basic level courses, intermediate level courses, opportunity level courses, opportunity areas from Pipeline 2.2, and other software applications. The contracts have a three-year base period that will run through Dec. 9, 2019, and two one-year options.

Contractors can vie for task orders throughout the ordering period, and work will occur in Washington, D.C.; Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Tampa, Florida; and Scott Air Force Base, Illinois

Onyx Consulting Services, LLC, has been awarded the following functional areas:

  • FA1: NAICS 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services
  • FA2: NAICS 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services
  • FA3: NAICS 541513 – Computer Facilities Management Services
  • FA4: NAICS 541519 – Other Computer Related Services

8(a) STARS II provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. It also allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses.

Contract features include:

  • Multiple awards, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle
  • Five-year contract
  • $10 billion program ceiling
  • Directed Order Authority: Directed task orders up to $4 million each are allowed for federal civilian and Department of Defense activities
